Include
discussion of what you accomplished this week, who you contacted, what
decisions were made, what obstacles were identified, how they are being
addressed. ·
This week we continued to take data with the com
block 3005. We tried to take data in
locations that previously weren't possible.
We have figured out that in some areas at Stevens, the COM blocks
don't pick up any signals. Places like
the library, the Howe center, and the bowling alley don't pick up any
signals. However, the wireless lab, Jacobus
lounge, and the computer center do pick up signals. ·
We still haven't been given the com block 3006
setup. It's being used by Winsec at
the present time. The data taking is
quick so we're not concerned about that.
In the meantime, we're trying to look at some variations that we can
come up with to make the project even more interesting. ·
The website has been updated. Also, this week we've been looking into the
Senior Design Day brochure and poster board.
This upcoming week we will be completing both. ·
This week we have to see if the COM blocks can pick
up signals in the ·
An interesting thing to look at will be to see if
the PCS com block works in areas that the Cellular com block doesn't. |
