This week completed the eleventh full week we have been working on our Senior Design Project.  This week:

·        We had our usual group discussion, where we talked about our progress, the website, lab time, and future steps to be taken in our project.

·        This past week we had a meeting with the PhD student, Nilay, working with Professor Tureli.  He explained his part in the project and showed us the equipment he uses.  He also gave us a better understand about what our part in the project would be.  He told us that we should look into the 802.11 protocol and understand it fully.  He also said that he would have a meeting with Prof. Tureli to get clear instructions on what we should do next.

·        We are still waiting for the keys to the lab room.  As soon as we are notified by Cecilia that the set of keys are ready then we can begin testing our matlab code.

·        This week we also had a group meeting and we set due dates for ourselves.  We plan on finalizing the final report this week and completing the presentation so that we can begin to practice.

·        We also discussed more about the website and additional material to put on it.  Our website organizer has to talk to Prof. Mcnair about the website because a lot of our graphics aren't showing up.

·        We also discussed changing the name of our project.  Since we have scaled back a little, the concept of our project has changed.  So we are thinking of changing the title to "Optimizing Spectrum Sharing in Space".  As soon as the title is finalized we will contact Prof. Mcnair.
